EFT was first created in the 1990’s by Gary Craig.
This form of energy psychology works by releasing emotional
blockages “stuck” in the energy system. Emotional, psychological
and even physical pain can be reduced or eliminated in a relatively
short amount of time.
Did you know?
Albert Einstein told us back in the 1920’s that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy.

EFT is often referred to as “Psychological acupressure” and uses our fingertips instead of needles to tap on specific energy meridians. EFT is also known as “tapping”, due to the tapping that is done to perform this self-healing technique.
EFT works to release energy blockages that are preventing us from living to our potential. Limiting beliefs can cause confidence and self-esteem issues. This will lead to emotional disharmony and, ultimately, physical disharmony as well. If you are feeling anxious, depressed or unable to control your emotions and you have physical pain or a chronic illness; you are suffering from emotional blockages. EFT could / should help you greatly.
EFT requires no tools and very little time. I generally spend around one half hour teaching EFT to my clients. I provide outlines that can be referred to and used until the process is memorized and working well for each person.
There are many ETF practitioners and many ways to make this simple and effective technique work for you. Nick Ortner is one of my favorite teachers. You can find him on YouTube and learn his EFT method for free. Finding the routine that works for you is key to your success. If you can’t relate to Nick’s way of teaching or you aren’t successful with EFT the first few times, keep practicing or try another method.
In my office, I work closely with you to determine what method works the best for you and continue to support you. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have about EFT or any other health-related subject and I will do my best to help you
